Organ Donor Card
In short: You record your organ donation decision in the app. It is available as a digital donor card via a 6-digit key – so authorized people can quickly find your decision in an emergency.
In an emergency every minute counts, and ideally your personal organ donation decision can be found right away. With Angel Reminder's digital organ donor card, you record it and, if you wish, make it easy to retrieve.
Record your decision
In the organ donation section you record your personal decision. It remains changeable by you at any time – you alone decide what is stored.
The digital card
Your decision comes with a 6-digit key. Through this key your digital organ donor card can be opened. That way medical staff or relatives, for example, can quickly view your decision if the worst happens, without having to search for long.
What to keep in mind
- Keep your key where it can be found in an emergency – for instance with your important documents.
- Keep your decision up to date should your stance change.
