Recipients
In short: Recipients are the people who receive your notes in an emergency. You provide an email address per recipient and can add a personal message for each one.
Your inventory is only useful if it reaches the right people. In the Recipients area you define to whom your notes are delivered once you stop checking in for the period you set.

Adding a recipient
All you need is a name and an email address. Choose people you trust and who can act in an emergency – such as family, close friends or a confidant.
A personal message per recipient
For each recipient you can store a personal message. This way every person receives exactly the words meant for them – instead of an impersonal group email. That makes the moment a little easier for your loved ones.
Limits of Free and Premium
- Free: up to 2 recipients.
- Premium: up to 15 recipients.
On the free plan you can fully add your recipients and prepare their messages. However, the automatic delivery in an emergency is only active with Premium.
Who should be informed?
Enter the people most important to you – you can change the list at any time.
